High School Life.

Hi guys!

Below you will find a link to the website of the school where I have been working for the last two years.
Please take a look to the sections Academics and Bell Schedule.
Then try to spot the differences between a regular High School day in the US and in Spain.

See you. Have a great day!!!

 Webquest: En la Escuela

Introduction     Task     Process     Links     Conclusion

Introduction

This activity will give you an opportunity to learn about schools in Spanish-speaking countries. You will see various types of schools in different countries that we have talked about in class. Also, you will be able to compare schools in the United States to schools in Spanish-speaking countries.

Task

You are to use the worksheet provided to you by Señor Martínez  to help guide you in your research. After your research is completed, you will use the information that you learned to write a one-page reflection about similarities and differences between schools in the United States to schools in Spanish-speaking countries. You will give a brief summary of your reflection in class.

Process

Use the worksheet to guide you through the process of your research.

Links

Use these links to answer the questions on your worksheet and help guide your research.

Conclusion

Use the information that you learned you will have to write a one-page reflection in English about at least two similarities and two differences between schools in the United States to schools in Spanish-speaking countries, included on the worksheet. Be sure to include specific examples from what you saw on the websites. You will give a brief summary of your reflection in class, so you must be prepared to present.
